This program will make a web page chart of the 23 chromosomes from a CSV file for segments mapped for up to 40 individuals.
These are the colors that are used, they are assigned in the order in which your matches appear.

Check here if Start and Stop numbers are decimal like 46.5 rather than in millions
(e.g. from 23andme countries of ancestry)

The input to this program needs to be a CSV such as an export from 23andme or Family Tree DNA or DNAgedcom. The column headings, in any order, on the first line of the file must be (N.B. case sensitive):   Comparison, Chr, Start point, End point, cMs, The "Comparison" column should contain a name. "MatchName" will also work as the column heading for the names. WARNING if the CSV is too large the upload will fail with no error message.
